Can I Preview My Pet Before Production?
Yes. We will email you a customized preview before physical production begins.
You can review your pet’s face, fur markings, eyes, ears, body shape, and other recognizable details, then request adjustments before approving the final result.
Do I Need a Smartphone or Monthly Subscription?
A compatible smartphone is required because it provides the image and touch controls.
You can access your hologram through the Pawever app or web version.
The box does not contain a built-in screen, and there is no required monthly subscription after purchase.

Can You Create Cats, Horses, or More Than One Pet?
We currently create personalized holograms for dogs, cats, and horses. Please contact service@pawever.shop before ordering another type of pet.
Each customized pet requires its own activation code, but one physical box can display different pets one at a time through the same Pawever account.
