Can I Preview My Pet Before Production?
Yes. We will email you a customized preview before physical production begins.
You can review your pet’s face, fur markings, eyes, ears, body shape, and other recognizable details, then request adjustments before approving the final result.
Do I Need a Smartphone or Monthly Subscription?
A compatible smartphone is required because it provides the image and touch controls.
You can access your hologram through the Pawever app or web version.
The box does not contain a built-in screen, and there is no required monthly subscription after purchase.
