What’s Sanctuary Hologram Box Included?
When Will I Receive My Preview, and Can I Request Changes?
We will send your personalized pet preview to your order email before physical production begins.
You may request free revisions to details such as the face, eyes, fur markings, ears, collar, pose, or body proportions until the preview is approved.
Which Actions Are Included With This Box?
Crystal / Sanctuary
This box includes Basic access with 6 total actions: 3 natural idle movements and 3 touch-triggered interactions. Premium access, which adds 9 more interactive actions, can be purchased separately and activated using the same Pawever account.
Everwood
Everwood includes both Basic and Premium access with 15 total actions: 3 natural idle movements and 12 touch-triggered interactions. No separate Premium upgrade is required.
How Long Do Customization and Delivery Take?
Customization begins after we receive your order and a suitable pet photo. Production normally takes 1–3 business days.
After production, standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, while urgent shipping usually takes 5–6 business days.
Production and shipping times are calculated separately.
How Much Is Shipping, and Will I Receive Tracking?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $40. For smaller orders, standard shipping is $8, while urgent shipping is $20.
