Setup Guide
Step1. Set Up the Box
- The two thick acrylic panels are decorative side panels. You can choose whether to install them.
- Insert the reflector, the thin acrylic sheet, into the box at a 45-degree angle. Make sure it is fully placed inside the box.
Step2. Generate Your Pet Hologram
1. Go to app.pawever.shop or download our app to create an account. And fill in your pet’s information.
2. Scan or enter your activation code (check the instruction card included in your package).
3. Wait for generation (usually 5–10 minutes).
4. Place your phone on top of the box (make sure it’s facing the correct direction). Your pet hologram will appear.
Step3. Enjoy your Memorial Journey
1. After your pet is generated, tap Start Hologram.
2. Place your phone on top of the box and enjoy the hologram.
3. Tap the three action zones to trigger different interactions.
3 Basic Interactive Actions
Action A: Head Pat
Reach in from the top-left of the screen and gently pat the head.
Action B: Feeding
Reach in from the top-right of the screen holding the food bowl to feed your pet.
Action C: Handshake
Reach in from the bottom-right of the screen to shake paws.
9 Premium Interactive Actions
After activating the Premium Pack, tap “Start Projection.”
The system will automatically unlock all 9 interactive actions.
Simply touch the original three interaction areas on the screen, and different actions will play randomly.
Idle Mode Animations (3 Loops)
When no interaction is detected, your pet gently comes to life through 3 looping idle animations — creating a calm and natural presence.
How to Reload Your Pet’s Hologram
If a technical issue occurs, our team will regenerate or fix your hologram in the background.
Once it’s ready, please follow the steps below to reload it.
1. Log in to your Pawever account
Use the same account you used to set up your pet’s hologram.
2. Clear your cache
This helps remove any temporary data that may prevent the updated hologram from loading.
3. Refresh the page or restart the app
If you are using the web version, refresh the page after clearing cache.
If you are using the Pawever App, fully close the app and reopen it.
4. Reload your hologram
Your updated holographic projection should now appear correctly.
How To Add Premium Pack
1. Buy Premium Code For Your Pet
2. Log in to the Pawever Website or App. Enter or Scan the Activation Code
3. Tap “Activate Now”, then return to the home page and tap “Start Projection”
To Generate an Additional Pet Hologram
- Buy Addition Code For Another Pet
3. Click "Create New One" to add another pet profile, then click Save Pet Profile.
4. Enter your activation code and click Activate Now.
5. Start creating your additional pet hologram profile and videos.
