Set Up the Hologram Box
Generate Your Pet Hologram
1. Go to app.pawever.shop and create an account. Fill in your pet’s information.
2. Enter your activation code (check the email used for your order).
3. Wait for generation (usually 5–10 minutes).
4. Place your phone on top of the box (make sure it’s facing the correct direction). Your pet hologram will appear.
Interactive Hand Gestures (3 Actions)
Action A: Head Pat
Reach in from the top-left of the screen and gently pat the head.
Action B: Feeding
Reach in from the top-right of the screen holding the food bowl to feed your pet.
Action C: Handshake
Reach in from the bottom-right of the screen to shake paws.
Idle Mode Animations (3 Loops)
When no interaction is detected, your pet gently comes to life through 3 looping idle animations — creating a calm and natural presence.
How to Reload Your Pet’s Hologram
If a technical issue occurs, our team will regenerate or fix your hologram in the background.
Once it’s ready, please follow the steps below to reload it.
1. Log in to your Pawever account
Use the same account you used to set up your pet’s hologram.
2. Clear your cache
This helps remove any temporary data that may prevent the updated hologram from loading.
3. Refresh the page or restart the app
If you are using the web version, refresh the page after clearing cache.
If you are using the Pawever App, fully close the app and reopen it.
4. Reload your hologram
Your updated holographic projection should now appear correctly.
